This sheriff is so awful. He used to, maybe still does, pulled over spanish people in alarmingly high proportions. The Justice department tried to reign him in back when we had a respectable president.

Now the flag he wants to die on is letting racing fans into ACE speedway. Sans social distancing, etc

He is the Joe Arpaio of NC.
