Wait so there was a third guy? Is this where the video came from? I wondered why someone would just be randomly videotaping a guy jogging, unless the recorder was with the two. But then, if he was with the two, why would he release the video? Perhaps his conscious got the better of him.

And before anyone else posts it or brings it up, yes, there does appear to be a mugshot of Arbery out there somewhere. It was a shoplifting charge when he was 17 I believe. That should have no bearing on what happened with the shooting.

The Avery must be a typo, because CNN and the Glenn County DA both made reference to that arrest and sentencing. He got 5 years probation, and he got charged with something else that violated probation during the time, which both the older McMichael and DA Barnhill worked on together.

Botham Shem Jean getting shot in his own apartment because a stupid cop didn't know where she lived was just as bad, but at least she's in prison now. Won't bring him back to life though.

This case is just a huge disinformation campaign designed to infuriate people. It's possible that the murder of that eighty year old couple in Delaware this weekend was in retaliation for this, and I don't think that will be the only one.

What evidence, besides the video of him in that house, negates the idea that he was out for a jog? Not that the video negates it in the least bit either. There are countless reasons that could place him in the house in the middle of going for a run.

When my mom was having a house built, there was this stranger (guy in the neighborhood) who would periodically walk through the home if no one was there....just to look around the construction site. Never took anything. Never touched anything. Just looked.

It only became an issue when he would walk through the construction site with his dog, and he would allow the dog to poop 'inside' the house. Points are:
-its weird to walk through a construction site, but far from uncommon
-i would still say the man i described above was out for a walk with his dog.

In high school my friends and I would film dumb action videos. There were a number of times we filmed in under construction homes in the middle of the night with a bunch of fake guns in hand.

Also EMCE is correct in that it is completely irrelevant to the fact that these asshole hunted and murdered this kid

We used to do it all the time, i loved climbing through the rafters.

And some of the skate ramps in the neighborhood may have been built with borrowed wood from the sites.

I mentioned it earlier, but my parents used to do this all the time. They would stop at a house under construction to look at (and dream about) a house they'd never be able to afford. EMCE I don't think this is weird at all.
