My mom has the symptoms and tried to get tested but was denied in screening because she had "no recent travel to an affected area". We don't think she has it because her condition seems to be improving.

My mom passed in '04 from lung cancer. I'm worried about my dad though. He's a former smoker, but been clean since mom was diagnosed in '03.

Yes as they are 75 and 72 and mom has diabetes, hypertension, and other associated issues.But thankfully the country they are in has only 200 cases right now and they shut down the whole damn country when they had just a 100 cases (all countries in that region did), so they will be fine.
