i found its easier to pour it out in the backyard than put in a jar

Just flush it

I pour it down the drain with the rest of the hazardous chemicals that I use

melt it in the microwave first, then dump it down the drain followed by lots of cold water

I use it to grease up the artificial turf down at the elementary school. The kids love it!

Can you use that much before it goes bad?

It might get a little stinky but it's still just as greasy.

There are too many dummies that don't understand that pouring this down your drain can clog them up, and can cause sewer overflows out in the road or down by (and into) the river.

it smokes at too low a temp

it's a similar smoke point to butter, so you wouldn't be able to get it hot enough to fry a crispy potato but it's great for things like eggs. i like it on eggs, but i've also used it to add flavor to greens or vegetables. grilled cheese in bacon fat is good too.

Use it in my collards, pan-cooked brussel sprouts, broccoli, kale. Caramelizing onions and mushrooms....
