Mine only has 1 strap, but it is a messenger bag. Timbuk2 command - small bag for a macbook pro (barely fits). https://www.timbuk2.com//products/174-command-messenger-bag-sale?gclid=Cj0KCQjwxMjnBRCtARIsAGwWnBN2MlGKIK3whcFunyAt99O8S5NbQr6jBx3nJQnCXoFZFgEoJzerAygaAmJ8EALw_wcB&variant=12822362718250

2 straps are more comfortable, especially if you have to carry more weight than normal or carry it for a long timeAnd this is just a personal preference, but I think 1 strap looks a bit dorky

I use this and highly recommend - both as a camera bag and a laptop baghttps://www.peakdesign.com/products/everyday-messenger?variant=11607015194668

For me, the pluses of my 1-strap pack are the limited bulk and the fact that I can get into it without taking it off.

cross shoulder, ie across your chest? i guess i always assume backpacks go on your back.is there something that clips around your midsection? just going off the pictures in the link in the OP so not sure the logistics[Edited on June 3, 2019 at 3:52 PM. Reason : .]

I'm pro-1-strap backpacks. I'm just very anti-tactical backpack for your tech (techtical?). You're not going into the woods or battle with your laptop, so...why the camo or molle straps? I don't get it.

I'm not into the camo either. My pack is gray. The molle straps are useful and the tacticool stuff usually has a more useful assortment of pockets.
