on Capital. Anyone tried this place? It's hidden behind a shopping center but has THE best chicken. Saw em on WRAL.

Yes it's adjacent to Cecil's Cockring Emporium. Great spot for a quick lunch

Cecil is a hellofaguy . He always steals my chewing tobacco though. Its all good. He runs a clean cockring business and keeps it real.
