Usually keep some rum, whiskey, and gin on hand. Usually nothing particularly fancy...just some pretty average stuff. My wife and I (and our friends that come over) are more of a beer and wine crowd. My wife likes gin, so we’ll always have that. I prefer rum or whiskey so I’ll usually have one of those...but again, pretty basic stuff like Jack Daniels or something, nothing high end.

In general this is what I keep on hand:Rum:-Santa Teresa 1796 (favorite sipping rum)-Plantation 3 Star-Mount Gay Black Barrel-Plantation 5 Year Aged-Mount Gay Silver-Pusser's Navy Rum-Goslings 151 OverproofBrandy & Cognac:-Remy Martin 1738-E&J XO-E&J VSGin:-Brooklyn Small Batch-New AmsterdamWhiskey:-Four Roses Small Batch-Bulleit Bourbon-Slow & Low-Various other whiskeys that I buy as one offs for drinking neat.
