A win here would essentially lock State out of playing on opening day of the ACC tourney (if things play out as they should). I think State can realistically catch Syracuse (still have games @UNC, v. Duke, v. Louisville, v. Virginia), but not sure if they could catch/pass VT (only tough games are v. Duke, @FSU). Passing Syracuse would likely put State as a 7 seed, which I think would be preferable to not play Duke after the 8/9 game.

Yeah idk about Markell, odd for sure.

Daniels has played good d. Had some good plays on O too (just tipped out an offensive rebound to Bryce, got another offensive rebound and scored). When he plays within himself he’s good. When he tries to do too much he’s not good. He’s gotten better in recent game about not doing too much but he still gets caught forcing stuff at times.
