^ Its the police rolling up into someone's own apartment, killing them, and then only getting a 10 year sentence. Its the police shooting people in the back as they run away - and not getting prosecuted for it. Its the police hiding outside while a school shooter kills a bunch of classmates and then being allowed to retire. Its the police, on camera, choking someone to death in front of tons of witnesses, not getting prosecuted but getting fired, and then having the ability to sue for his job back. Its the police unions constantly defending all of those who do these things, and saying the police were in the right to do so. etc, etc, etc.

Police killed the two suspects, the UPS driver, and a bystander while they used occupied cars as human shields.Of course the media obscures what actually happened and won't name the cops as the murderers.19 cops from 5 different agencies shot over 200 rounds toward the truck, knowing a hostage was inside.[Edited on December 6, 2019 at 12:45 PM. not to play my back in Europe card,But back in Europe, the new thing, because guns are hard to find, is to hijack large vehicles like a UPS truck and then go to a busy street and plow through people. Was that going on here?

No, they robbed a store and then hijacked the UPS truck.

You want the police opening fire in the direction of your car while you're in it? Think for a moment before you answer. Hell, take a few hours. I know you're slow as hell.
1/15/2020 7:41:10 PM
I also hope the police open fire on banjomans vehicle.
1/15/2020 8:55:24 PM
Those cops are more than likely carrying a low caliber pistol, and plenty of them had a good shot. So, yeah, I'm just trying to figure out why it took them so long to bring the dude down.
1/15/2020 9:13:37 PM
I still think that this video is in fact an accurate depiction of a major problem that the police force currently has to face. They just don't seem to have a good procedure in place to deal with ppl that are either resisting arrest or who are otherwise confrontational with the police. Normally, they either escalate the situation with deadly force or stand back and try to talk the dude out of it which ultimately is another way of letting the situation escalate itself. It would be interesting to get a casual opinion from the police on this matter. It seems like using options such as dogs or having a designated marksman (similar to the European police forces) would be great alternatives to explore.Dogs can be a great benefit to the police force. I don't know why they aren't used more often for crowd control, which is done heavily in Europe, or for chasing some psycho down that's trying to harm other people. I am sure that there is an "explanation" out there, and I'd like to hear it.[Edited on January 15, 2020 at 9:43 PM. Reason : y]

I am certainly not trying to defend cops for using deadly force or even advocating for that. Period. There is a time and place for everything, and when I see a manic dude running around in broad daylight, swinging at cops and jumping into other people's cars with a machete, I see a situation where dogs or a designated marksman would have been much more effective. Yes, I get that trained dogs typically cause damage when they bring somebody down, but that outcome is much better than the other alternatives such as a shootout, a high speed chase, or killing a dude just because he didn't want to go to jail and tried to make a run for it.The main goal should be to do your job quickly and efficiently without causing any unnecessary harm, especially when somebody is resisting arrest. Approaching somebody over a warrant or suspicious activity should under no circumstances result in an unarmed person being shot and killed. The problem is that in this case, they decided not to shoot him whereby he ran around terrorizing innocent people and nearly chopped a guys head off. Then in other more notorious instances, they go to issue a warrant and either shoot or choke him to death just because he won't get into a car. On the other hand, I've seen German cops (on multiple occasions) beat the shit out of somebody that wouldn't get into a cop car after giving two very clear warnings. Isn't that better than the alternative? Or are we going to entertain the notion that people should argue with the police when they show up and say that they have to detain and/or arrest you?[Edited on January 16, 2020 at 1:57 AM.
