Actual late stage socialism:The only examples of socialist paradise you can think of are not even socialism, they're market capitalism with some welfare and safety nets bolted on.

Late stage socialism has never been reached and yes, high density cities are optimal and yes there is a population density that is above optimal. Any ecosystem with human/land interaction is an artificial ecosystem. The idea of high density is that we contain the overall human footprint. Where is ^that picture from?

Lol when did Earl get into political economy?TBH all South/Central American countries look like that in places, coupled with a few fancy neighborhood. I figured that was Brazil.Only Argentina, Costa Rica, and Chile are marginally better in the past couple decades, and really just in cities. [Edited on November 14, 2017 at 9:04 AM. Reason : H]

I want to develop a socialist cryptocurrency algorithm where mining hashes require unique biometrics. That way, each person has equal mining power and mining cannot be automated. Think about if mining required something like a biometric captcha for each hash. In this sytem, individual humanity becomes the greatest capital. That would be the only economic system that aligns with basic human rights. I know I'm wrambling a lot lately but I've been creating a token for academic use and fell off the deepend this weekend.
