https://www.zillow.com/homes/102261164_zpid/Had this thing sold the first day of listing for over asking, but after postponing closing 2 weeks, the buyer's financing just fell through and now I am stuck with new rent as I've already moved out, my old mortgage, and a postponed construction loan for my new house. Tell your friends who may be interested

Actually sold my first townhouse on here, so would be ridiculous to see it happen again.

Sorry. Only interested in housing Off Kaplan.

Most houses in this area are going for over 100/sq ft. This one seems under priced. Anything going on with it?

Nothing wrong with it. We were targeting ~$305k initially. Appraisal came back $298k (which I think is insane). Now we are in a terrible spot with rent at apt we just moved into, mortgage on this house, and pending construction loan.We were supposed to start construction on our new house 3 weeks ago. That is why we've priced aggressive, I'm hoping for multiple offers so we can get someone who can do a rapid close. However, last time it was sold in a day, it's been over a week now and no offer. We had some interest from open house this weekend,

See it sold already! Hope your agent got a big enough due diligence fee up front that it helped soften the blow. If anyone needs an awesome Realtor get a hold of me.

AAAANNNNNDDD back for sale again.....It appears as though everyone wants to sign a contract to buy the house and then have severe interpersonal relationship issues the day before closing and screw us over. I mean we are getting due diligence $, but still

$35

Is trampoline included? If not how much for just the trampoline?
9/6/2017 5:25:44 PM
$30 if Justin backs out.
9/7/2017 1:40:10 PM
^House and trampoline combo for $290,000. Otherwise, just trampoline by itself, will be $289,970 (since I know I can at least get $30 for the house alone).

That is some real estate war story shit. I have been a full time agent for 14 years and have only had a house terminate 2x once.

I lived at the Carriage Heights end of Red Oak Tree and sold my house in under 24 hours to a rental company in 2015. I am so glad I don't have to drive out to Fuquay anymore

If it doesn't sell this go around, you should have professional photos taken.[Edited on September 23, 2017 at 11:31 PM. Reason : ]

Looking for my next project. 404 All Saints closes in 2 weeks for full price. 506 Reedy Creek will be done with work in 2-3 weeks and already have 2 potential buyers lined up, pending a final walk through.Needs to be value add (renovate and make 12-15% selling) or priced low. I can pay cash up to $500K if it makes sense.

Fuquay is still pretty hot. We have had the worst possible luck selling our place (of course), but we've had 6 showings total over 3 months, and have sold it 3 times. 50% sales rate I laugh only not to cry. I've always wanted 2 houses and an apartment somewhere.... just not all in Fuquay
10/10/2017 11:19:58 AM
^^ 550k is about what i'd be after, but could maybe come off 6% since there wouldn't be realtor fees
10/10/2017 5:18:14 PM

10/11/2017 4:29:54 PM
10% retail is 500k, will sell for 50k. pm if you want real details
