Ok, curious as to everybody's suggestion as to what to do in regards to the following...Currently a Spectrum-TWC customer with TV and Internet.Moving in a few weeks to a house that is in the Spectrum TWC areaI want to maintain the Spectrum-TWC Internet service, but no longer want the TV service.Does it make sense to transfer all items together, and then once moved in, cancel the TV service? Figured this might help stem moving costs they might throw out?OrThreat to cancel all services outright, and negotiate back in the fact that I'll take internet at the new location.

I dont think there's any moving costs as far as I know...I just re-upped with Spectrum last week and am moving next week. Schedule the move with them, then just take your equipment with you and call when it's hooked up at new place.

I'd cancel out right and wait for them to offer a deal. I want to say they charged me to move but that was 3 years ago.

i know you need to schedule way ahead of time before you move. Go ahead and schedule.I walked into the clayton store with my dvr/cable box and said nah im done with cable. Throughly enjoying my $60 month internet bill.

I dont think I ever paid a moving fee...fwiw. Could be things have changed with Spectrum running the show now though.^Did they stop doing internet promos period? I moved to an area that has no competition, so I thought the lack of promos for internet was due to that...we currently have the max speed of 60Mbps, along with our digital phone in a box in the closet.
