So say you wanted to get a few tattoos about the size of a deck of cards or so in a place you can see that contained the hardest to remember formulas you needed for your major. Is there any University policy on such an action?

To me it's a one word answer, commitment.

I think some professors would definitely ask you to cover it up if they ever knew, but I also think some would appreciate the commitment and let you keep it out.

With how easy tattoos are becoming to remove, especially in another 10 years. It doesn't have to be a lifetime commitment anymore!

I was expecting a funny news story link or someone to link to some ridiculously long University Policy doc.

I think the time spent getting the tattoos would take longer than learning the equations.

i feel like when you get to tricky equations is when you are using references or even the text book on tests

What professor doesn't let you use a graphic calculator these days? If you are that dead set on not memorizing the equation, just store it in the calculator? Most of the the time when I was taking a test with long/crazy equations, they were either given to us or we were allowed to make our own equation sheet or something.

i always tried to make quick programs for frequently used long equations to save time and avoid typos but that's way less edgy than a tattoo

I can't find it but I remember a video clip or gif of a guy getting ready to grab a girls ass and when he reaches out he sees a tattoo on his hand reminding him to not touch the girls and then he puts his hand away.

FYI, no calculators in ECE 200, 109, 209, 211, 220

Although ECE 220 specifically allows a $10 Ti-30Xa
