Needs its own thread instead of the combo one. Season 3 started last week. Premiere was good, haven't seen the second episode yet though.

There was a thread, but it was a co-thread with some other show that was not nearly as good that fx started at the same time (married or something)

Haven't had a chance to watch any of season 3 yet, but looking forward to it. Season 1 is one of my favorite seasons of anything in quite some time, season 2 wasn't as good as 1, but still great

Really loved the first two seasons, but so far this third season isn't doing it for me. I know the show is called "You're the worst", but in the past, it always felt like everybody had at least some redeeming qualities mixed in with their shitty ones, but now everybody kinda just feels like completely horrific people with no good mixed in at all. Especially the thick friend chick. She's literally the worst and not even in a funny way. If the show keeps up this tone I don't think I'll be able to keep watching it much longer.

So the first season was one of my favorite seasons of any television show ever.
The comedic quality has definitely dropped off some in the last 2 seasons, but I still absolutely love this show, and feel it has an amazing ability to transcend being just a comedy and have surprisingly very compelling dramatic notes. Does anyone know if it's been picked up for a 4th season?

I am still loving it as well. It did shift from just a comedy in season one (and a great one at that) to a really good dramedy. I like how it balances serious discussions about issues facing many people today while giving it a comedic spin. It has really allowed all of the characters to grow and add depth.

And the show got picked up for season four in after only a couple episodes had aired from this season, so yes season four is a go.

Welp, I guess that’s it. Final season wasn’t great, but had some great moments. I enjoyed the finale and thought it was a satisfying ending.
