Runa guayasa is delicious and a really good replacement for embarrassing energy drinks.Argo Tea sells gingery green tea that is good if you don't feel like having ginger ale but you still want ginger in you.Share your canned/bottled beverage finds as you discover them.

^^I get it at Whole Foods, but I'm thinking about just buying a few cases.171 mg of caffeine per can, and I don't have to look foolish like I do with my Monsters and Rockstars.I like mate, too. I mean, I don't really know what a polyphenol is, but I suspect mate and guayusa are probably healthier ways to get my caffeine. And I'm in the market for a new coffee maker and something cool to make tea...lemme know some recommendations if y'all got a good one. I've grown to despise the pods.

Nearly all drinks other than water have either crazy amounts of sugar or contain some kind of non-nutritive sweetener (and other junk). That whittles down the choices by a lot, at least for me.I drink a lot of plain tap water and strong hot milky black tea (made from teabags or loose leaf tea) everyday, a total of around 3 liters, of which about 0.5 liters is tea. That constitutes 100% of my fluid intake on more than 90% of days.I indulge in a serving of one or more of the following 2-3 times/month on average:- Zico coconut water -- unflavored, unsweetened; refreshing and not too sweet- Silk/TJ's coconut milk -- Original, which is lightly sweetened- Silk/TJ's soy milk -- unsweetened, Original, or Vanilla; others have too much sugar- TJ's bottled cherry/cranberry/blueberry/pomegranate/"To The Power of 7" juices -- these are very intense in taste, so I drink only around 4-5 fl. oz. at a given time; last one is amazing!- Sunsweet prune juice (IBTtrolls) -- also 4-5 fl. oz., and diluted with water- Sunsweet prune juice + coconut milk -- tried this a few times, it is delicious; adjust ratio as desired for more creaminess or fruitiness- Kefir/cultured buttermilk/drinking yogurt -- unflavored, unsweetened- Lipton iced tea -- home brewed using cold-brew teabags, with 2 packets of "Sugar In The Raw" (in 12-16 fl. oz.), and some chia seeds- Bolthouse Farms drinks -- juices, smoothies, chai, protein drinks- Tazo Chai concentrate -- tastes amazing, but very sugary; Rooibos was the best, then Classic and Green Tea, have not tried other flavors- Eggnog, when available -- Borden, Horizon, and Silk (made with soy milk and no eggs)- Coconut juice with pulp -- sweetened coconut water with pieces of young coconut flesh, come in a soda-like can; Goya and Chaokoh brandsOther interesting drinks I have tried only a couple of times -- and liked -- are:- Kombucha -- black tea fermented with bacteria and yeast; Live, GT's, and TJ's brands- MammaChia -- fruits juices/drinks with lots of chia seeds; I love chia seeds in drinks- Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar drink -- this was surprisingly very delicious and refreshing, esp. while walking outside on a hot day when I had it!I would say check all the new-to-you ones out, but especially these (not all flavors shown), in no particular order, but the last is definitely the best:MammaChiaBragg Apple Cider Vinegar DrinksKombuchaBolthouse Farms drinksTazo Chai concentratesCoconut milk + Prune juice + TJ's To The Power of 7 juicehttp://www.traderjoes.com/fearless-flyer/article/2122
