Yes, a tipping thread.What's the rule for tipping on packaged beers you buy at a bottle shop? When you get the receipt there is a tip line in place but in this circumstance the person behind the counter did no more than a grocery store attendant. What if you drank some beers and then bought beer to go? Do you tip only on those drank and then not on the total amount for the bill? Typically I'd say no tipping on packaged beers no matter what but when you frequent a place often enough to get to know the workers personally, you don't want to be the cheap person.
