Specifically Charlotte / Mecklenburg County if there aren't all-encompassing state laws.

This jackass loves to park really close to a nearby stop sign, so much that with construction traffic, it's quite a hazard.

I've heard it's like 25 feet in North Carolina, but 15 feet if there is no signage. I figured one of you gear head fuckes would know which general statute to look up based on all your speeding tickets from your souped out rides.

Damn, I always thought it was 8 feet in Raleigh...apparently it is 25.

30 feet in Charlotte...

"souped up" dates back to the 19th and early 20th century. it was used to describe horses that had been injected with different stuff to make them run better.
