I have accepted a Job out of state and would like to sublease my room until the end of my lease on July 31. The apartment complex is safe and well maintained. located 10 minutes from downtown raleigh and NC State's campus.

The room: 12'10"x14'0"
large closet
private bathroom

The apartment: three bedrooms (only one other will be occupied)
third floor
washer and dryer
plenty of parking (permit required and included)
plenty of guest parking

All utilities are included in the price. I will not be able to leave my furniture but the kitchen will remain equipt. I have a small truck and would be willing to help move your things if needed.
