Somebody had to make it

Oakland will be better than expected like most seasons. Granted that means 75 wins this year, but that'll be much better than my Braves
4/4/2016 7:59:36 PM
here's to a miracle this year!btw - we didnt look bad on opening night except for Semien's 2run error.
4/5/2016 7:25:15 AM
the errors are going to remain a problem, I'm afraid I bought a bunch of tickets this season and I am looking forward to going to the games, but I am in no way expecting much out of this team. I think I've finally gotten over the horror that was 2014's collapse, but I can't get excited about baseball when the Warriors are getting 24/7 coverage and everyone is losing their minds right now.
4/5/2016 8:17:35 PM
finally the W. I have no idea if the ChiSox are supposed to be any good, but apparently after 3 one run games - them and the A's are closely matched teams...
4/7/2016 7:24:10 AM
Yeah I don't know either. I do know that Sonny Gray is one of the best pitchers in the league right now, so there's that.
4/7/2016 1:06:48 PM
Glad we got the win, too bad it had to come against former Pack ace Rodon.
4/7/2016 9:00:16 PM
2-3 baby!
4/9/2016 3:05:59 AM
Watched the games past couple of nights. Really liking our bullpen -- but we really have a sh!t infield defense outside of Valencia.Alonso is a great 1B but he can't hit. Semien is just bad on both sides. Lowrie better hit .300 the way he's playing 2B...Loving that Coco still ID an onbase machine, and that Redick has found his longball again!
4/10/2016 10:52:15 AM
Yeah so about our bullpen...
4/13/2016 10:34:41 AM
drop 4, win 4 - great record so far in 1run games
4/20/2016 10:33:45 PM
Looking good. Haven't been able to watch many games so far, but I plan on going to several soon. Nice to see the Giants struggling too

6 straight vs good teams back on top of the ALWest, at least the first month has been interesting. Could it really be another surprise magical season?
4/22/2016 10:47:10 PM
I still have some hate in my heart for Beane because of the Donaldson trade. It is slowly wearing off.
4/23/2016 8:42:55 PM
.....aaaand suddenly we have ourselves a genuine
5/10/2016 10:22:06 PM
So Rich Hill is pretty damn good this season...
5/24/2016 11:17:56 AM
^the lone bright spot, other than unsustained glimpses of power from khris davis. wtf happened to sonny gray?
5/24/2016 9:57:18 PM
Could the Donaldson trade be considered one of the worst ever? Laurie was average and is gone, Graveman blows, Nolin barely played and is gone, and the prospect shortstop is hitting 220 in double A. That and signing fatty Butler who never plays. Beane's touch has really worn out lately.
5/29/2016 2:18:30 PM
Oh for sure. I can't think of a trade that's been more destructive. At least not in recent memory anyway. I mean the Cespedes trade seemed dumb at the time, but you could make the argument that he shot the Mets in the foot last year and ruined their chances for a WS title. But Donaldson? Holy fuck did Billy mess that one up.
5/29/2016 2:24:51 PM
^ Cespesdes was pretty much amazing for the Mets. Without him, they don't overtake the Nats nor make the playoffs.
5/29/2016 6:47:56 PM
Daniel Mengden was incredible tonight. Was great to see that ass whipping in person at AT&T. Fuck the Giants
6/28/2016 2:09:25 AM
playing like world beaters. 3-0
6/30/2016 1:00:40 AM
Where is this coming from all of a sudden?
