Wraith, it's available nationwide.

It just doesn't have live TV for the basic cable channels -- instead offering on demand -- and is missing CBS for that very reason.

I'm thinking of picking up a Fire TV, which has a Vue app, and combining it with some OTA DVR like Tablo.

I got this thread completely mixed up with Sony's newly announced VR headset thing, lol. Admittedly, "Vue" does sound like a VR headset.

The DVR functionality has been a little iffy for me, but it's a great value.

I've had some trouble with it missing recordings by a few minutes on each side. Like, a show is from 10-10:30 and it'll record 10:05-10:35. Not sure what's up or if I'm doing something wrong.
