Dialogue/acting is a bit cheesy but it's been decent sci fi 4 episodes in.

Has some cowboy bebop influences in setting and some other small elements.

I dig the season that's up on Netflix.

Has a Firefly feel to it, which I like. Also for some reason reminds me a bit of Farscape...I guess the convicts on the run angle.

yeah, but it's more science-y than andromeda.

That's what makes it a little cheesy... they try to be cool and sciency at the same time, but don't really pull it off.

Such a shame. Met the cast at Comic-Con, really nice group and the show runner seemed really invested and loved the material/genre.

Think after the failed attempt to get picked up elsewhere he's going to conclude the show in a set of comics.
