What can you do about it ? I think this lady is trying to scam my wife and get free shit from it. She said she didn't receive the item when we have a signature saying she did so we submitted that to paypal and they closed the claim.... then she opened a new claim saying the item wasn't what she ordered so we sent paypal all the documentation of the ad showing it couldn't have been more clear with at least a dozen pictures of the item. Hopefully they close it again but at this time she's just being a prick to be a prick. if anyone's on ebay or facebook don't sell to kerilyn37@yahoo.com

i thought they had to send back the item then you had to refund? she can't keep it. if she keeps it, then no refund.

^ She's saying it never came so that Paypal will refund her money. This is a super common scam and it sucks for sellers because they have to prove their innocence.

I stopped selling on ebay because of this. It's way too easy to file a claim for item not as described. I sold completely working galaxy s4 a few years ago threw in a ton of extras and had the price set competitively, but I hadn't sold in a while so I forgot to set to ignore low feedback bidders and I also was unaware of the shift in liability/presumption of guilt placed on sellers.Long story short, I offered a refund to this guy (calling/emailing ebay every step of the way) and requiring he return the phone. Took pictures of one of those business express envelopes except it was from Dominican Republic and I shipped phone to Florida. Refused the delivery sent to the rep...and then ebay offered me a "one time courtesy refund" due to my account standing. The scammer still got a working phone and I had to use up what may have been my only chance to have a reversal. Funds were tied up for over a month and Ebay/Paypal ended up just crediting the negative balance not reversing anything. It's terrible and I'll probably never sell on ebay again.

Someone tried to back charge me for an iPhone 6 from like 4 months ago, said charges were fraudulent. I had my ass covered by following all seller protection policies, but still had to provide documentation to Paypal and had I not responded it would have ran my account in the whole over $700. A few years ago a guy filed an "item not received" claim on me saying he did not receive a phone. I blasted him because he had signed for the item, then his explanation was he orders so much stuff he cant keep track of what has been received. That is total bullshit he was trying to get money back from sellers who are sloppy with paperwork.

Yeah, shes scamming you for sure, and youre doing as much as you can. If she was being legit, she would have contacted you first to attempt to resolve the issue (well, assuming she wasnt complete shit anyhow).
