I'm interesting on getting something for my whole house, but would like to avoid anything that emits ozone? Any suggestions or experiences?

if you are doing the whole house... get a 3" filter box for your air handler and run a better filter in it followed by a charcoal filter in the original filter location. Anything else that doesn't have a UV lamp in it is a waste of money.[Edited on August 19, 2015 at 7:25 AM. Reason : .]

my partner uses one at work, I wish we had one here, but since our house is 3 floors, we'd need 3 machines. so anyway, I just vacuum a lot. he says it's too loud to run on high while people are working, but they put it on high overnight.

I have some air quality test done. In general, I would love a house hold unit just because, but I'm not talking to anyone about it. I wanted to pick TWWs brain first.

^^ i had some korean system (it was cheaper, but i lost those savings when i had to have a custom filter made because i couldn't get a replacement) and there was a noticeable improvement on allergy problems and the number of dust bunnies.
