Hello everyone! I will be moving out earlier than our lease is up and I need someone to sublet my room from me. The room is in Trinity Park Apartments and it is a 3 bed 2 bath. I have the master bedroom with my own bath. The rent is split among the three occupants and will range from 350-400 depending on water usage. The electricity and cable bills are separate. I am spending roughly $450 a month on everything. The complex has a pool and work out room, basketball courts, and a fast maintenance crew. The time of the sublet would be from April 19-June 17 or whatever time you can between those. Msg me with questions, interests, or whatever details you want. The two other roommates are great to live with and are respectful of privacy and are open to talk about any rules that you might have. I know the period is short, but it would really help if someone could take the room off my hands so I can concentrate on the move to my new job.
