Old plumbing threads are old....We need a utility sink installed at our business and a hose bib with it. It will be on the other side of a wall with an already installed sink. Should be easy to tap into the existing plumbing and drain.OldSink#1 --Wall-- NewSink#Got quotes from the big business guys and it seems WAY over the top ($950-$2,000) for something that should be closer to $450-$550 in our opinion - and that mostly being a couple hours of labor cost. We may very well end up doing it ourselves (estimating a cost $120 for the parts/connections - we already have the sink), but just seeing if anyone on TDub had input for us before going forward.

Cary Plumbing just did a full repipe on my place. Everything went smoothly and without a hitch. Only thing I could complain about was the washer lines got hooked back up reversed (Hot-> Cold, Cold-> Hot), but considering the washer isn't labeled clearly and I could just rehook it I wasn't sweating it. Price wasn't the lowest but was the lower end of my estimates.Great to work with but they may be too big to do small jobs on the cheap though.

^ Thx. Called and setup a meeting already. Seems like a good guy ^^ Yeah, I am thinking that the bigger guys (especially those that cater to businesses) are gouging small business owners. The one quoted $4,400 for a combo of electrical and plumbing when everyone else is about 25% of that.[Edited on September 17, 2014 at 4:27 PM. Reason : ou]
