So is it cheaper to invest in AI or to pay for 4 years tuition tuition? What happens when it is?

I'm glad I didn't have to pay tuition tuition. I had to pay only tuition.]

Cars have been getting more and more expensive every year since they were invented, but computers get cheaper and cheaper.Fuck that nonsense.Nerd, please invent a new type of car ASAP so cars with ICEs become dirt cheap.

^^but populations keep rising while the amount of decent land does not

landlords arnt around to do you favors
9/16/2014 11:06:24 PM
^^That fact doesn't really have anything to do with real estate economy. A landlord would much rather "lose" $50 a month by keeping the rent at the same price than deal with a vacant unit and lose $1000 a month. Until the country's habitable regions are all clustered together like Mexico City or Rio, there are always going to be developers building more houses/condos/apartments.

Do you live in a place that's nice to live in?Are people moving into the area?If so, that explains why it's becoming more expensive to live there. It's called "supply and demand."

I guess the whole housing bubble and all of the residential projects that got foreclosed on because they couldn't sell or rent the units must just be part of my imaginationOr perhaps, the real world doesn't always work like Econ class
