jcg15 is too much of a pussy to make this thread on his own, so I'm manning up on her behalf.

I just do eggs, dukes mayo, and heinz sweet relish for a standard egg. Sometimes I add a piece of crispy bacon on top. I do want to try avocado deviled eggs sometime.

^^ No thanks. There is no food more perfect than the deviled egg. Deep frying is reserved for foods that are otherwise bland/unappetizing by themselves or cheap cuts of meat: potatoes, onions, pickles, chicken wings, pigs feet, I had some memorable ones that had some avacado and creme fraise mixed in with the batter and then whipped up really smooth. If you wanna go epic, use an ostrich egg.

a general tip for any recipe you choose: if your deviled egg filling turns out too thin, you can add potato flakes to fix it without compromising the taste.
