I'm trying to find a place where I can see data on the average income levels across specific job sectors in a given area (Raleigh or RTP area for example). I've been on findthedata.org but not many other useful sites. I'd like to get corroboration of what I'm reading.

Any recommendations? Would a Local CoC have something like that?

glassdoor is horseshit, i know any legit job i've had hasn't matched up with their numbers.

^ pretty much why I posted the question. The data I've scanned so far has been surprisingly above where I was sort-of expecting.

Careerbuilder and other job boards have tools for stuff like this but I'm pretty sure you need to be a premium subscriber to see their data.

Glassdoor and Salary are you best free bets, but they're not super accurate.
