Anyone else live there? That place was cheap as shit. 675 for a decent sized 3 bedroom.

I am pretty sure I lived there 3 years.

5105 fort Sumter I believe. The volleyball court was right behind us. Our carpet was multicolored from all the spilled jello shots and crazy punches I made.

Lots of people did. Some fellow marching band members had a place in Sumter square as well and when their parties ran out of booze they migrated to our place. I always made waaayyyyyy too many jello shots.

1st apartment I ever moved in to. I lived in their 800sq ft 2 bedroom 1 bath and rent was $525 with water and internet included. Granted, this was back in 2006-2008/9... I lived there when I was in HS with my parents before (2000-2002) and after they bought/moved into their home, I moved out and lived in SS.

I moved out around 2008/2009 when they wanted to jack up my rate from 525 to 675 for the 2 bedroom. New management was shafting everyone on the new rates. It's not an entirely bad community.

I lived in that very apartment for 5 years. Turns out, I didn't get lymphoma.
