I've caught my fair share of Scrubs episodes over the years. While not my favorite, its gotten a few chuckles out of me and has had it's share of eye candy.

To me, Scrubs was one of the better comedy sitcoms, ever. Clever, funny, and often pretty serious.

Disagree...even the worst of Scrubs is better than Greys Anatomy.

Now if you are asking which is more realistic...well, its still Scrubs.

I watched the first season of Grey's Anatomy, and it was a good drama, in my opinion.

But it went downhill for me.

Yeah they ran out of good ideas pretty early on, then it just became a formulaic show where there's an unbelievable and insanely tragic event and then an entire season of them trying to cope with it before the next unbelievable tragedy.

At a certain point I found the show impossible to believe since every character hadn't succumbed to extreme PTSD and committed suicide.
