I just curbed a 32" sony because it wouldn't sell as a package with a nice wood hutch and dvd player for $40.

speaking of CRTs, I have a 27" (insigna, I think); color goes yellow occasionally. includes remote and dust.Would like $75 before this technology is obsolete and prices plummet. But don't wait too long; the value on this thing is likely to skyrocket once people realize these antiques are hard to come by.

^will buy at 100% axing price. I heard these things sell better in bundles anyway
5/6/2014 2:03:29 PM

5/14/2014 1:21:19 PM
You will have to pay someone to take that away probably. No one will pay $100 for a used 30" heavy as hell outdated POS crt tv.Electronics recycling drop off at a place just off of capital inside the beltline.[Edited on May 14, 2014 at 5:00 PM. Reason : dropoff]
5/14/2014 4:37:21 PM

5/15/2014 1:03:21 AM
Where I live even goodwill stores won't take CRTs anymore.
5/15/2014 6:44:01 AM
^none do, because you can't landfill them with normal trash (some sites still take them in the used appliances section... so I don't know why GW can't use that, but they don't).I still maintain that GW is the best garbage service in the U.S.Imma CL mine I guess. Just a pain to go meet someone for giving away $free shit; and I don't give out my home address or schedule.[Edited on May 15, 2014 at 12:22 PM. Reason : .]
5/15/2014 12:20:01 PM
You guys are derailing my thread.
5/15/2014 12:48:39 PM
i'll come down to 75 for the monitor
5/15/2014 10:19:45 PM
Honestly a CRT is gonna look better than any alternative at the same size and resolution. If they made a 240hz 55" 1080p CRT I'd buy it and pray every night that it didn't fall through the floor.
