i got in a christmas light contest with my neighbors on brent road back in like 2002, and had tons of random crazy people dropping off strings of lights and light up reindeer and crap at my house.

you know how I feel about the last thing, for the most part.

affirmative action was good in theory, but I think it did get abused for a while when it started due to qualification issues. however, there are so many qualified minorities today that I think it's kind of obsolete.

as for Trayvon... I think the jury got the verdict right, I think Florida overcharged, but I also don't see Zimmerman as someone who should be signing autographs as a celebrity. Something crazy happened that night, and only 2 people know what it was. Either way, it should have ended without anyone being beat up or shot.
