http://ipad.aol.com/article/2013/12/27/family-shocked-by-what-they-found-in-headphones-box/20796366/Prank by the factory line worker?Item returned by customer, sent for repackaging in shrink wrap, and swapped out by someone involved in the return process? What's really weird is that it is not even a related item at all, and would not be found lying around in the headphone factory. That points to a definite intentional prank.Holla at the company executive

An employee jacked the headphones and replaced it with tuna cans so that it would feel heavy. Walmart sells Tuna. Mystery solved.

Is the box shrink wrapped with plastic or just regular wrapped and taped?

Shrink wrap machines are cheap.

Aha.Assmart refused to replace it, instead is giving a refund, but the refund is not enough to buy a new one as it is not on sale anymore.

They can't prove they didn't do this themselves. If they exchanged it for them everyone would start claiming they didn't get headphones. Beats by Dre is giving her their newest fanciest set, though. Bad publicity for Walmart but it makes sense to me.
