I'm even more excited than usual for the movies this year! We've got Wolf of Wall Street, Anchorman 2, Out of the Furance, American Hustle, Inside Llewyn Davis, Her, August: Osage County for drama fans, and Saving Mr. Banks for Tom Hanks traditionalists. Also, Homefront is coming out next Wednesday, and it looks like it could be the good kind of bad.So, yeah, I think we can escape December with zero family trips to The Hobbit or Hunger Games!

Definitely The Hobbit, that's my main blockbuster must-see. I'm nervous about Anchorman 2. Historically, sequels that come out so long after the original are pretty shitty.Ronin 47 is also coming out. I have no illusions that this will be a terrible movie, but I want to see it anyway!

I've got way too many movies on my list before the year ends. The downside of me going back to work the day the kid would spend with my parents I would always see a movie. I definitely would have had one on my list every week.
