Anyone know NCSU's new DNS servers and if they are open?

The old ones while "live" are not open now, and soon to be decommissioned from what I am reading.

152.1.14.56 (I think that's right)
There's a 3rd I can remember off the top of my head. Since they've changed the DNS servers I don't even know if they'll accept off campus connections.
