When did TWC start handing out v6 addressing??

Ok its not proper v6, but they are handing out the tunnel information (I dont have HE setup and cant find anything else that I did with this)

I've been using Hurricane Electric, and occasionally asking TWC when IPv6 addresses would start getting handed out

better turn off my tunnel

Something, Ive a wideband package, and Ive heard they were deploying for it before anything. That may be something to consider.
