trying to submit a form online and keep getting this response. anyone familiar with this error? is this on my end?

Javascript is executed on the client side, but is probably because somebody wrote some bad code.

yeah, any troubleshooting tips didn't work so it looks like it's on their end. guess i have to wait it out.
