Alice Sebold, author of The Lovely Bones.

She's quite an excellent writer. In addition to her one famous novel, she wrote a memoir called Lucky about how she was raped as a virgin. I just finished it a little while ago, and it's superb.

She gave a reading at NC State like 10 years ago, which I attended. She seemed like a nice, smart lady. I'd cheerfully have banged her (although mostly on the basis of her intelligence and literary gifts.)

I've never watched 30 Rock, but I think not...it's not mentioned on her Wikipedia page.

I suspect you're making a joke here, but never having watched 30 Rock, I'm not in a position to get it.

that's definitely not her, no. both her and the chick from that 30 Rock talk about "bones," but I think that's the only connection.
