i'm sure he felt victimized as he just got the shit kicked out of him. i'm sure shooting her felt like good old fashioned justice revenge... but as time goes on we will see if he begins to regret it. i certainly would be mad as hell and WANT to hurt the people who just hurt me, but part of being a responsible gun owner (or any weapon) is to know when not to squeeze the trigger. his life/well being was no longer in danger and to me that isn't a justified use of deadly force.

The female was struck by gunfire and died at the scene. She was later identified as 28-year-old Andrea Miller of Long Beach, the release stated.
