Does anyone know a good place to rent or borrow an extension ladder?

I need a ~20ish foot ladder to fix my gutters, and it's $23 to rent it at Home Depot. Anyone got one lying around that they'll rent for cheaper (or free)?

I'm assuming that since you are cleaning the gutter, this is a place you own? Just buy a ladder, its a tool you will use a lot as a homeowner.
