Completely worthless. Essentially its sprint with shitty phones. If you want to go prepaid look into pageplus. Its verizon service for $50 a month, and you can buy almost any phone if you know how to flash it. (and by flash I mean you can read a forum, download programs, and use them)[Edited on July 19, 2013 at 6:14 PM. Reason : ..]

I had them for three years until last month. They were super cool at first and let me keep a grandfathered cheap plan and then lowered the price even more. Then one day my phone wouldn't let me make phone calls. I could text but no calls. I got the run around from customer service about how I needed to top up my account even though I just had. Turns out that they deactivated my account from making calls until I moved up to their $35 a month for 300 minutes, unlimited calls, and unlimited texts. I don't have a smart phone and that was like three times a month what I was paying. It pissed me off that I didn't get a letter, email, or text telling me about this. They just turned off my calling. So fuck 'em, I moved to Ting.

I have it and the $45 plan with a LG optimus V which is a cheap $100 smartphone. It works pretty well for what it is. Definitely gets the job done. I don't have to worry about it like I would a super nice phone. It is small which I like. Freezes up occasionally and the battery life is pretty shit but you get what you pay for.i do really hate their customer service though. total clusterfuck.

I had virgin like 5 years ago. back then their phones were shit, but it sends like they've definitely improved on that front. I never had any problem with service with them (I lived in Raleigh when I used them).
