At 26 I set my cut off at 20. As far as looking a relationship I recently decided my age or 5-10 years older.

Besides, the he younger side of the rule is for dudes. The older side is for chicks. For example:

I can bang a 50 year old and thats totally expected and normal - cougars amirite? I can't bang a 18 year old because that would be creepy and I'm obviously taking advantage of them.

for relationships I'd say they have to be very close to turning 21, but they could totally change after turning 21 and go wild. 22 is probably ideal so they can get it out of their system. (I'm 26)

See, I always heard it as your age divided by 7, then +/- that number for dating...

I have no lower limit except that imposed by law. (However I have admit I'm old enough now that fucking a 16-year-old seems kinda creepy. But I'm sure I'd do it in many cases nonetheless.)

Regarding the other direction, I don't have an upper limit per se. There are, obviously, tons of 40- or even 50-something women whom I'd love to fuck. However, most women's looks tend to go around 32 at the latest. So I'm really looking for something around 25.

This is all a moot point though, since no woman of any age wants to fuck me. But when I check out porn, I'm using looking at the early 20s region.
