They were charging $300/room at Lake Park a decade ago. I doubt anyone would waste their time trying to get $435 today.

Yeah, Lake Park. I think I paid $325/mo when I lived there in '97/'98. But that didn't include utilities iirc. It was also before the pool/volleyball court/basketball court were built.

That being said, $435 is still a stretch.

^ doubtful. And that unit may be the original owner (bought when they were first built). If that's the case, the unit has probably been paid for by now. The owner may only have to pay taxes and insurance at this point, thus can charge much less and still make money.
