I remember hearing about them waiving the license fee for the summer a couple of months or so back and didn't pay any mind because I'm not a programmer. But it looks like the dev suite they provide is pretty freaking handy. I just got mine. Now I'm drunk with power.

For the two or three of you out there with a Vita, you can remote desktop and operate publishing software with a nice and tidy UI composer.

If you're into home brew I guess this is as good as it will ever get.

Software ideas generally aren't worth anything without implementation, so you would need to hire a developer and pay him real American currency to work on your project until it meets your requirements.

I saw that "must charge money" requirement and was confounded too.
