If its in decent shape, you will probably have multiple offers within a week. Just 3 months ago I was missing out on putting offer in as most were getting accepted offers within a week of posting in mls. So little quality out there on the market that when something does come around, it goes away quick.

my house was under contract within 3 weeks of listing it. however....i'm getting very frustrated right now with the buyer's agent who seems incapable of returning phone calls or emails. the inspection was monday and I have yet to hear from them regarding what "fixes" they want. and I am moving next Saturday out of state and thus have very limited time to get anything fixed should they have any requests. hrmph.

In the past month I've tried to look at 3 different houses that the owners accepted offers on before I could even get a showing (hell two of them didn't even get pictures posted).

3 offers so far, including onenat $10K above list...... Rejected the offer above asking because they were 100% financing and it looks too risky with the terms.....who would think we would ever be in this situation? Oh and we start with another showing this morning

Market is definitely bouncing back. Friends of mine sold their condo in one day and made 75k. And across the street they broke ground on what was going to be a mid-rise apartment building but they switched it to condos starting at $600k. Of course this just means that while one will make more when they sell, they will pay more when they turn around a buy.
