I have a room for rent in my condo, just south of centennial campus, at the cornor of tyon and lake wheeler. The room is $350+ 1/3 utils, which ends up being about another $50.

I work on campus so if you wanted to commute that works as well.

It is a very nice condo with gas, and has access to a community pool.

it is 2.5 baths, 3 stories. The free room is on the second floor so you would have to share it some with my brother, who is not home very much as he commutes to fayetteville for work. The half bath is on the first floor and the master is upstairs in my room on the 3rd.

No dogs, I would ask the landlord about cats if needed. It has hardwood floors so any cats, if allowed, would need to be declawed.
