Hey, folks. So I just moved into a new apartment, and the showerhead here is really low. I mean, it just shoots water straight onto my chest and I have to squat down to wash my hair. So I want to get an adjustable shower-head, so that the water will come down from a reasonable position above my head. Now, there are lots of adjustable shower heads for sale on Amazon, but I'd feel more comfortable if I had a specific recommendation to go on. So do you people have any experience with adjustable shower heads? Any particular brand/model you could recommend? I know this is more of a Lounge post, but it seems like a dinky, stupid question to post in the Lounge, so I'm posting it here.

I want to replace my showerhead, but its stuck on pretty tight. How do I get that shit off? I don't see any teflon - I think its just rust or lime.I'm probably just going to take off the two extensions and get some kind of block for one of them, but thats ghetto.I'm Krallum and I approved this message./]

Get a handheld.

^yep, easiest option is a handheld with a hose. It will raise it a good 6in from its current position when fixed and you can grab it of course.

Most shower heads have an easily removed flowrater. (maybe two words idk) Taking that out will usually at least double your water pressure without you spending money or leaving your home but will also increase your water bill a good bit if you don't take faster showers with the new pressure.[Edited on June 5, 2013 at 3:07 PM.
