how do you reduce stress?

I think I'm going to quit my part time jobs. I don't really make any money and I don't think doing it as a favor is worth it anymore at this point in my life.

This has been a Krallum presentation.

Essentially this. Not working around the yard, though.

My vices definitely cause stress.

I guess I will get back into a regular exercise regiment instead of "eh... i don't have shit to do for 2 hours"

I'm Krallum and I approved this message.

Exercise does not reduce my stress. Unless its sports. But working out causes more because its a constant fight that I don't want to do it.

Vices, sex, naps, Calming music, hot stone massages, babbling brooks

Sex is the best.
It's a good physical exercise. The foreplay is like a hot massage. And you can have a good sleep after that.

Should def quit the part time jobs if you don't need the money. Esp since you're about to graduate/have graduated.

3 rules

1. Don't worry about shit you can't change.
2. Only worry about things you can change.
3. Don't worry about tomorrow until tomorrow.

I do not agree with this at all. Not worrying about tomorrow means not planning for tomorrow which means tomorrow could cause some serious stress.

poker is also good. every few months I go on an online poker binge, play well for awhile, and then go on tilt and lose it all. (or just lose it all immediately and invest more money.) but it's cathartic and worth it.
