in 1000 years everything has evolved to kill humans.

because when humans leave evolution accelerates to defend against humans.

I assumed this evolution was done scientifically instead of naturally.

but if humans all left then who did it?

Its m night scamalon so you gotta figure there will be some basic ass twist at the end like people left to save the earth from people.
