"If a person's exercise of religion has been burdened in violation of this Article, the person may assert the violation as a claim or defense in a judicial proceeding. If the person prevails in such a proceeding, the court shall award attorney's fees and costs."
A bill to encourage people to sue the state if it's not deferring to Christianity enough? And here I thought they thought that people were already overly litigious.
I'd be a little less skeptical of this if it wasn't for the recent bill to ignore the constitution and allow the state to endorse a religion (with the obvious implication of which religion that would be).
